Some things that you may find interesting during the session
Breathing technique
There will be several times during the session that I ask you to do a breathing technique. It is the same every time. Breathe in (take a deep breath in), breathe out (let it out slowly) and pant (like a happy dog). I will go through the explanation of this in each session just to review.
We use this breathing technique at the end of each intention to use as a physical action to set the intention in the subconscious. You will find that we do this several times during the session.

Counting
You may hear me counting during the session. I am doing this to measure the effectiveness of where we are at. I count usually in 2 different ways. One is on a scale of 1-1000. I will start at the low end by saying under 100, then go up by 100’s then up by 10’s so it will sound like this… Under 100, 200, 300, 400, 410, 420, 430. I count until I find where we are at. The other way I measure is by % so I will start this one at 100% and go backwards. This one I usually only do by 10’s. It will sound like this, 100, 90, 80, 70%.
