Anxiety and stress can be hard to live with NMT could be your answer

No one likes the feeling of being overwhelmed. That feeling in the pit of your stomach, trouble breathing, feeling dizzy or sometimes nauseous. Anxiety can cause feelings of insecurity in yourself or for your future. It can make you feel pressure like the world is squeezing in. All the while you are trying to hide it from everyone around you so they won’t think you are crazy.

It is hard. There can be panic attacks. And, it seems that there is nowhere to turn. Your therapist has given you tools to help deal with it, but that doesn’t seem to be enough. You have tried medication. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it seems worse, or there are side effects.

No one wants to live like this. You are not the you that you want to be. You know the real you is in there someplace, but at this point is it just hard to find yourself.

NMT can help to bring down some of the anxiety that you are feeling. It works like a guided meditation by bringing you to a place of calm. It lets you out of that viscous cycle of anxiety and stress and starts out by giving you a moment of peace. Nothing happens overnight, and the same is true with this. It takes several sessions, like peeling off the layers of an onion until there is nothing left for you to work on and you can be you again.

NMT is structured like a tree. We go through branches or pathways addressing what your mind and body needs, when it needs, and only to the extent than you are ready to handle.
