Initiate Health is committed to helping people feel better through natural healing, but the first step starts with you.  You have to take action and begin your healing journey.  You can start by using Initiate Health’s system of guided physiological meditation as a step in the right direction to feeling better.

We do a guided physiological mediation that is directed specifically at the issues that you are facing.

But, what does guided physiological meditation mean?

Just as in any meditation you are relaxing your mind to the point where you can help to influence how your body reacts.  For instance, while meditating on your breathing, you may find that your heart rate slows down during the mediation, and your breathing improves not only during the mediation, but even after the session is over.  This is causing a positive influence on your body by incorporating positive suggestion while your mind is in a place to accept and make changes.  So, during our guided physiological meditation, you will relax and we will walk through the body processes related to the issues being addressed on the call.  We are considerably more focused on the aspects that have gotten you to this place, and making suggestions on what the body can do for itself to repair.

We use Neuro Modulation Technique – The Feinberg Method in a group phone meeting weekly to help people, like you, make changes in their lives.
